Highly recommended Mr Lim! He is a very prompt, honest and detailed engineer that asked me to do some checkpoints before he comes in case it is a power trip etc. He fixed the problem within 15 minutes and charged me at a super reasonable price. Prior to engaging him, another engineer has quoted us to replace the whole system which costs a bomb. So blessed to find him and got our issue fixed. I am going to recommend him to all friends.

I would like to add to all the positive reviews on Mr Lim of JL Autogate. It is not easy to find an honest, hardworking and credible engineer. Mr Lim definitely is one. He responded to my call on a Saturday, did a thorough check of the mechanisms related to the gate, worked for an hour under the hot sun to troubleshoot, re-programmed the speed of my gate, recommended replacing the capacitor, and educated me on aspects of the gate which I did not know all these years. All he asked for afterwards was just a $50 transport fee. The gate has behaved very well since. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs help with their autogate!

I am currently using a concealed motor, one of the left arm can't close for some reason. Initially I thought the motor is faulty. This was a a totally random choice on google when we were looking to repair our electronic gate and it turned out to be an excellent choice! From the moment we first interacted with Mr Lim (whatsapp) to the moment we met (in person), the experience was absolutely satisfactory - in fact more than satisfactory. Despite it being a holiday, Mr. Lim, the boss himself, responded quickly and came personally to assess the situation. He proposed a new waterproof Autogate system that would not be affected by future flooding. Once I accepted the solution, he had the new system installed within just two days. The new Autogate is working perfectly and is designed to operate even in floodwaters up to 12 inches deep. He also provided a one-year warranty on the new system.
